When you schedule your first session:

• We will meet in person in my Bellevue office or online via telehealth
• Our first session will give you the opportunity to get a feel for my style to see if we are a fit
• I will gain a better understanding of your history so we can discuss your goals for counseling
• Typical frequencies are once a week or once every two weeks, depending on your goals
• Individual 50-minute sessions, $140
• I offer a sliding scale based on availability and as-needed
• I currently have a few limited openings to see new clients

I do not take insurance but can provide you with an itemized bill that you can submit to your insurance.
